Positioning the saw
To attach the saw head to the post, press the buttons on the end of the pole and insert the pole into the saw head shaft until the buttons click into the holes in the shaft.
How to extend the pole
The telescopic pole can be extended separately along its two sections.
To extend Unit ❶:
(1) lift the lever to unlock the compartment.
(2)Press the buttons engaged in the holes to release the part.
(3) pull out Module 1 until the buttons click into the holes and
(4) push down on the lever to lock the section to the extended length. (Section 1 can only be extended to a fixed length.)
To extend Section ❷:
(1) unlock the compartment by lifting the lever .
(2) pull out section 2 to the desired length until the fastening buttons on the section snap into the holes and
(3) push down on the lever to lock the section at that length. (*The maximum length of Section 2.)
